The Hollywood Reporter’s Emmy Roundtable: Comedy Actresses (full video)
The list of ladies include Amy Poehler, Julie Bowen, Jenna Fischer, Kaley Cuoco, Lea Michele, and Teri Hatcher.
I kind of love Julie Bowen more after watching this. She’s adorable and hilarious. And Amy is always my favorite person ever.
I was very unproductive this afternoon watching this video. I could care less about Kaley Cuoco and Teri Hatcher, but I love the rest of them. And I love Julie Bowen even more after this interview too. Amy is hysterical as always. And I love Lea Michele. The only thing I could think of after watching this was how much I would DIE to see Stana do one of these. An hour of her talking about her craft? THAT WOULD BE A DREAM.
so much endless love for this!!! this made me love all these actresses/shows even more. i’m totally thinking of getting into the big bang theory now. although like everyone else, i have no idea why teri hatcher was there. julie bowen as always is hysterical and interviews so well. you can tell she’s crazy sharp and smart. and lea held her own in the company of very very well seasoned comedy actresses. i loved jenna’s point about the acting process, which is so salient and true. in general this was a nice reminder that there is something so refreshing about comedy actors and their respective television shows. there’s a real physicality to comedy that resonates differently in a drama.
and now i’m going to spend my night catching up on modern family :)
Print will never die. There’s no substitute for the feel of an actual book. I adore physically turning pages, and being able to underline passages and not worrying about dropping them in the bath or running out of power. I also find print books objects of beauty.

I had an interview this morning, and one of the questions they asked was “To what do you attribute the success of ‘Castle’?” I said it was you guys. Thank you all for always showing up on Monday nights, for blogging and supporting us… over the Internet, for making wicked t-shirts, for sending heartfelt letters and coffee gift certificates, and for all of the amazing artwork I get to see each week. We only did as well as we did last week because of all of you. Thank you.

Supercut of the Day: Seeing as Valentine’s Day is nearly upon us, and they run a site about TV, and kissing is really awesome, the fine folks at TV Squad thought it only right to put together a montage of TV’s more memorable kissing scenes.
